Had a fantastic time at the museum today. Super well curated with several great exhibits. Jerry can tell you just about everything about anything in there. One of the best local museums we've ever been to.

Very interesting museum. The curator was very nice and interesting to talk with. The exhibits are very well laid out and the buildings on site have been restored nicely. Enjoyed our visit.

Well done exhibits showcasing the history around Winnemucca. It was a slow day so got a personal with the employee on duty. Lots of additional insight. Well worth your time.

I particularly liked the transportation exhibits in the museum and the staff member with whom I talked was very friendly and helpful.

Top notch local museum! Jerry was a knowledgable guide, with a kind and relaxed manner. He was thrilled to talk with people who were really interested in history! Definitely ask to be given a tour of the out buildings: doctor's office, church and home. My favorite artifacts? I'm torn between the coal fired iron and the soap plunger. The late 1800s were the absolute zenith for inventions!! This museum is a little gem. Worth stopping by, and worth supporting.
