Excellent service! I went for a 30,000 mile “check up” on my Santa Fe. The appointment was easily made online. When I arrived I was immediately taken care of by a friendly staff (Melissa) and given the probable cost and estimated time. They had my car done in 1 1/2 hrs (exactly what they said it would be) and the cost was actually a little less that they quoted. They suggested I get new wiper blades but did not put them on until I gave the ok. I would definitely recommend Winner!

Just before Christmas i went into the Winner Hyundai dealership because of a promotional email i received. I was looking to see if I could do better in lowering my car note. I met Lex Todd whom i spent the next couple of hours with. What i liked about him was that never was i under any pressure to buy . I found him knowledgeable , personable and you could tell someone who likes their job. He took the time to explain the different options i could choose from, showed me a few cars, let me drive a few etc.I left that day no i didn't purchased a car ..but a few days later after i was able to absorb all the information he gave me i called and started my paperwork to get a car . I ended up trading my 2016 Hyundai Veloster R Spec and with the benefits of a new car got the 2021 Hyundai Accent.I was away for the holidays but when i got to the dealership that Monday morning Lex Todd had everything in place .It didn't just stop there Lex called me a few days later to double check that i didn't have any questions or concerns. I am please with my new car ,my payments(which i have to give credit to Tamera Hubbard who worked diligently to obtain me the best and lowest interest rate) and the service i got from Winner Hyundai right down to the receptionist Sherry and I would recommend if your looking for a car

Brought our 2nd Hyundai in for service. Amazing no high pressure tactical service sales pitch. Amanda told me what if anything was needed, I decided. Had the oil changed, tires rotated and spark plugs changed at 115k miles...and the work was completed as promised no nonsense. Didn't have to wait for hours as previously experienced at other dealers. I don't usually leave reviews but Amanda in service and their service team deserve a 10 star rating. If you own a Hyundai or considering one, service here is top notch.

Jay was our sales representative and could not have been more attentive to our needs. W e were about to buy a 2021 sonata limited hybrid when he came back and told us one had just been returned with only 218 mile and was the exact same car even the color and gave us an unbelievable deal. Being seniors and not into the 21st century yet he spent 2 hours making sure we knew how to use every bell and whistle. We cannot thank him enough and could not have had a more pleasant experience.

The Hyundai service department has been good to deal with since 2011 when I purchase a new vehicle and the work performed is usually done right the first time. We recently had a glitch that was missed by the service advisor. I was told the front breaks needed to be serviced which I agreed to and paid for. The coupon specials helped reduce some of my outlay. The mechanic noted on the appraisal sheet that all my tires were badly chopped.??? Evidently, he didn't mention it to the service writer and I came across it only after I reached my destination in new jersey and read the complete report. I should have been more vigilant about reading it before leaving the dealership. I'm puzzled as to the cause. I've rotated the tires about every 6-7,000 miles and had the alignment performed on the tires some 6,000 miles after install. I only have 20,000 miles on Pirelli scorpions and wonder if something else is occurring, perhaps the suspension, since all 4 tires appear affected. The odd thing is that I do not have any front end vibration, shimmy or other noticeable oddity with the vehicle. I would have hoped the mechanic said something, as he rightfully did concerning the brakes, so that we could have puzzled this out and perhaps worked on a possible cause/solution. Now, I have a 200 mile plus journey back home to Maryland with some concern running through my head. Hopefully the tires will hold up until I can have them looked at by a local mechanic. (#194389)
