My doctors are great and always so quick and helpful. The women at the front desk however, are rude and not very helpful. I phoned for results of mine and they wouldn't give me them. They made snarky comments about i had only phoned an hour before. I didn't think it would take so much effort for results i have been waiting a week for. They're the front line of the place and should be more pleasant to deal with.
