My whole experience was awesome. Booking over the phone was easy and the gentleman who helped me was great. He took the time find out my needs and get me the right unit. Unfortunately, I didn't factor in the width of the door, but the staff at 275 Gordon was amazing in finding me another unit and also waived the 26 administrative fee on top of 4 weeks free rental of the actual unit.

Always friendly customer service when i go to the office or speak with someone over the phone. Nice and clean and love how conveniently accessible access storage is for my needs. I find it so affordable and have even recommended to family and friends.
Absolutely amazing and professional staff! They made everything so easy for me and got me the perfect size unit that I needed, plus I got a first month free!! I highly recommend them, everything went so smoothly for me and I could not be any more happier!! Keep up the great work!
ACCESS storage made moving my belongings into a compartment so easy. It was not as tough as i thought it would be. I left the store with a heavy load lifted off my plate. Now i can sleep well at night, knowing my personal belongings wont be stolen or bothered.
I currently have 2 lockers with Access storage. I have a climate controlled warehouse locker and a drive up outdoor unit and with both of them combined it is still cheaper than the storage places where 'u haul' your stuff yourself. 10/10 would recommend.
