You couldn't pay me enough to work for this company again! They definitely care more about their clients than their employees....if it wasn't for us employees you wouldn't have clients. Horrible staff, never ever returned calls or emails, how professional is that?!

I have absolutely loved working with Agilus, more specifically Charmaine! She has worked with me to find what type of positions I would excel and truly enjoy. Everybody is very friendly, very responsive and super helpful. I will continue working with them.
I suddenly got a text accusing me of not doing anything when I'm probably doing things that I'm not being paid to do. Few minutes later, I was told to stop showing up at the location I was assigned to. No reason, nothing! I asked why and my consultant said (s)he couldn't tell me the reason. So I was fired, without warning and without a reason. Isn't that great?? Won't recommend to anybody. I also spotted a red flag early but I decided to ignore it. I was scheduled to work on specific dates but someone couldn't come in and I got called in. I hurt my knees (while covering another person's shift). I reported that I won't be able to show up for my shift and my consultant told me I have to show up since I've accepted it. Isn't that a great way to show how good this company is? For the 2nd time, I won't recommend to anybody. There are better temp agencies out there.
This company is involved in hiring replacement workers to prolong a labour dispute with the coop refinery and 730 high skilled dedicated employees. They expect you to live onsite just a few hundred feet from live processing units, and beside a large garbage dump. Helicopters constantly flying overhead, constant noise and terrible living conditions.
Talentcor is a great friend, I really appreciate what they did for me. Out of nowhere you got someone who recommends you in such professional way that you come to the interview with high stakes, so the interview gets a little more personal, and you end up making a better impression. My placement managers put me in assignments that were interesting, challenging and that made me a better employee. There wasn't much down-time between postings. Communication between my manager and the client(s), and myself was good and all parties were kept on the same page. Temporary work is a good means of getting full time work, especially if you are working a Work-to-Hire posting. The client gets to see how good of an employee you are without resorting to the traditional fresh hire. Talentcor is a good company to work for whether you need supplement income between full time gigs or want to explore different job avenues.
It was great working with talentcor! I appreciate them giving me assignments that fits my skills & schedule. They also understand and respect decisions when assignment offered by them are being declined by the employee due to some personal and other reasons. Looking forward for more opportunities with them!
