Super knowledgeable staff who very patiently answered all my questions and helped me get my spa running perfect. As a new hot tub owner with no clue how to maintain one, they told me about their free water testing, and then gave me a very simple set of steps to get my spa where it needed to be. Also, their pricing on products is great, even compared to online prices! I figured I could get the scented spa crystals for less on Amazon or something, but they where literally the same price.

Had our pool installed almost 15 years ago, and still looks great! Staff is wonderful, and treat you like family. Remember you when you walk in the door, and come to close your pool year after year. Nice to see familiar faces. Bio-Guard products have been excellent keeping our pool clean and clear, and resolving any issues we've ever had.
We updated our master bathroom and are extremely pleased with the quality of the work and the cleanliness of the work area from the installer, Sean. The help and recommendations from the designers, David and Bill, was gratefully received. Their work is high quality - absolutely no shoddy work, cover ups or shortcuts were found or observed. They were responsive to our inquiries and extremely polite. They finished in 2 months and we are now enjoying it! We found the price reasonable as we quickly realized that we did not have to worry about or be disappointed with the end result. Highly recommend.
The staff who served us was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We were very satisfied with our visit and we will be returning to this store for our future purchases.
