City Wide was extremely helpful in my search for a new hot water tank. Shelley at their office spent 15-20 minutes with me on the phone answering all of my (possibly dumb) questions and we booked an appointment for the technician to arrive between 8-10am the next morning. Robert the technician showed up right at 8, assessed our situation, and made suggestions on what would be our most efficient, cost-effective solution. 10/10 in my books, and I would recommend City Wide & Robert (and Shelley) to everyone!

It's never a good feeling when you find out your water heater has failed and has leaked on the basement floor. A panicked call to Citywide was answered by Bev who advised how to drain the heater and what type of heater to replace it with. Within a few hours of that initial call Evan (technician) called to say he would be arriving within 20 minutes. While wearing a mask all the time Evan set to work and within a very short time the new tank was installed and he had answered all our questions. He also gave us the paperwork to arrange Mb. Hydro financing and took the old tank out and he set up disposal. We needed an adjustment made to our chimney and he made arrangements for that as well. Riley from Belcore Construction took care of the chimney the next day and someone picked up the old tank as well. The process could not have gone smoother. I'm not the type to make (or put a lot of stock in) online reviews but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend a business made up of such personable and efficient people such as this

Woke up to a laundry room full of water. Called City Wide to leave a message prior to 7 a.m. Despite the early hour, a friendly and efficient person helped us and shortly after 8 a.m. a service technician had arrived. As we were masked due to current health regulations, he couldn't see our grateful smiles. Our options were explained clearly to us and Rob had a new tank installed. He explained maintenance and inspection expectations thoroughly to us. The entire job was completed in a short time.Today the old tank was picked up. Thank you, City Wide and technicians, especially Rob, for helping us out so quickly and for your friendly service.

Being a first home owner I am still learning. They answered questions, had someone out early next morning to replace hot water tank . They put my mind at ease with how easy the process was. Switching from gas to electric there was a small issue. They came right out and fixed it. Very personable and would definitely use them again .
