I placed an order online and thought I could pay in person by credit or debit but the old man with grey hair who was miserable said no. He was the rudest person that has ever served me and made me shake my head a few times by how unprofessional he was speaking to me. My wife called me back to the car about 5 minutes later our food was brought to our car by Mr Grumpy and luckily I had cash to play for my order. My burger was okay and seem to contain a good amount of filler. That fries we nothing special and tasted like they were cooked in old oil. Chocolate milkshake I had was alright and nothing special. I definitely won't be back because of Mr Grumpy. The food was nothing special. I will stick to Five Guys.

Fat Boys Poutine amazing. I'm a repeat customer and they stay consistent. I'm not a big fan of fat boys but I can always go for one here. The poutine with the shoe cut fries made me do a happy dance. Don't worry, all that gravy is a good thing. There are still crispy fries down there. Order directly on their website!!! We didn't have to wait long and they will bring it to your vehicle.

If I could give a zero star review I would. Never was able to try the burger. Due to Covid restrictions you have to order from your car. We had ordered from our vehicle and waited 20 minutes . The man running the food outside was asking us what we were waiting for. He never confirmed our order and was very RUDE. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE. I WILL NEVER RETURN EVEN THOUGH I HEAR GOOD THINGS ABOUT THE FOOD. I WILL NOT SUPPORT AN OWNER WHO IS RUDE TO THE CLIENTELE. JUST BE NICE AND RUN THE BURGERS OUT PAL, AND A SMILE GOES A LONG WAY!

Their fat boy is hugeee and tasty. It's our go to. They also have this chill burger in a cup that the burger is coverd by chill and we need to eat with knife and fork. It's very unique. I recommend it if you love chill
