In the midst of this pandemic, Code Red still in effect, my daughter and I ventured into David's Bridal to find her graduation dress. While there were more people in the salon that I expected, we had a wonderful experience finding my daughter's dress. My mother, who is in the US, had planned to buy the dress when we visited her for Spring Break. Since that was not possible, I Face-timed her during the appointment. Our consultant, Sofia P, offered to hold the phone, take pictures, etc. for us. She was helpful with finding dresses, very personable and a joy to work with in finding THE dress, which we did. Thank you Sofia, and all the staff at the Kenaston location in Winnipeg. You made the experience wonderful for my daughter during this time when things are not so wonderful.

Shopping was easy at David's Bridal. The staff, including my lady Karen were absolutely amazing! I can't thank the staff enough for everything today!
I went to David's Bridal to find a bridesmaid dress for my best friend's wedding. The bride wasn't able to join me for this appointment so I went by myself. Even though I was alone, I still felt like I was shopping with my girlfriends. The consultants were so amazing! They were able to help me narrow down what I was looking for and made some great suggestions. I ended up finding the perfect dress in no time! Overall great experience, beautiful dress, and would highly recommend this store to anyone!
Great shopping experience. Everything from calling and booking was seamless. The staff was very helpful and honest with opinions while trying on dresses. They worked as hard at they could to help me get the right dress and colour on time while during the pandemic. Very happy with the staff and experience shopping for the right dress! Prices were also incredible. Very reasonable.
I went in there with less than 24 hours before my university convocation in an absolute panic last week. Alex took care of me right away. In twenty minutes I'd tried on about ten dresses and the only ones I liked were the ones Alex brought me. She finally brought in the dress I ended up choosing. It made me feel amazing, I looked awesome and had a lot of compliments, and it was a style and color I've never worn before. I can't wait to wear it again! Thank you SO SO much Alex and crew, you were so helpful and amazing!!
David's Bridal provided me with the best service! I was supposed to have a one-hour session with a stylist and initially I was nervous about not having enough time to find "the one" dress. However, everyone helping was so kind, so patient and just very lovely. My stylist, Karen, she was such an expert and she guided me through every dress that I had picked out. She also found a dress that she thought I would like, and that dress ended up being the one! Not only was I able to find my wedding dress, I found the veil that was perfect, a pair of gorgeous earrings, a pretty bracelet, as well as wedding themed COVID masks! I was so very happy with the service I received and thank you to everyone that made my wedding dress shopping day so special! I will be forever grateful!
If there was an option for zero stars instead of 1 that's what I would give them. Wife tried on bridesmaid dresses, chose a dress and was measured. When the dress came in it was absolutely nowhere near the size of the one that fit perfect when trying them on. Then they tell you that any alterations cost money. What kind of god awful service is that? Are they purposely making it so that people have to pay extra for alterations? That's fraud as far as I'm concerned. Shop elsewhere I'm sure you will have better service.
I love shopping here. They have a fantastic collection of dresses in all shapes and sizes for all occasions. Their prices are also quite inexpensive when compared to many other boutiques. We were able to buy a grad dress for under 100! The help from the staff is amazing. They would bring dresses that met our desires, as well as accessories to help us envision the day. They were very patient with us during our numberous trips. I have bought several dresses here over the years and the service, selection and prices have not changed. Amazing store!
