Double Dragon is the cream of the crop when it comes kickboxing training. I have been training there on and off for years and can truely say it is a family friendly environment. Be ready to work hard for 60 min. The people there are fun to train with and have an incredible work ethic. Whethwr you are new or old, advanced or a beginner everyone is treated with incredible respect. If you want to train to fight or get in shape for other sports or just shed a few pounds it is the place to go. No ego's here just a great group of people who kick ass on all levels.

When I first walked through the doors of Double Dragon, I was not confident, physically and mentally unwell and 271 lbs...That was nearly 3 years ago. Saying this place changed my life, is an understatement. I have mentally never felt better. I've lost 110lbs. And I placed Runner Up in my Bracket at the Muay Thai World Expo last year. I'm 100% a better person thanks to Double Dragon. Whether you are looking for a killer work out or you want to get into fighting in competitions. The training and camaraderie here is unmatched. If you are willing to put the work in, you will reap the benefits. Double Dragon is a family that I am so grateful to be a part of.
