Excellent vegan shawarma! Everything here is made in-house and, from what I’ve had so far, tastes great. Definitely a departure from standard vegan fare with shawarma, muffins, cookies, and other wraps. A super friendly owner and a really cozy atmosphere!

Bassam’s food is amazing! While only offering a small menu, one can easily tell it is all made with love and care. Thanks for taking over the Strong Badger space and creating another fun space for the community to gather! I’m in love with the falafels! :)
The Goodlands Cafe vegan shawarma is everything that is right with the world. It’s savoury and rich and satisfying and if you’ve had a long day it’s the exact thing to get on your way home (I also like that it is affordable) The coffee is worth mentioning as well, strong and flavourful!
