We are Infinity Blinds, new window coverings business in Manitoba. We contacted George and Jackson for a lot of products. Karen, was great! Answered all our questions, sent emails with all information that we requested. When we came to their showroom in Winnipeg, Karen was were helpful again. Showed us everything what they have, gave as catalogs and info. After we placed our first order, arrived on time. If you ever contact them, ask for Karen!!! Highly recommend!

I was refused service because I am not "in the business." When I explained that I am looking to purchase materials as a registered/licensed business I was told "you need to be 'in the business,' we aren't going to sell to a plumber." I asked what qualifies as being "in the business" and was told to provide my business's particulars and Jackson George N Ltd would decide whether I could buy from them or not. Not selling to the public I understand, but refusing to sell to another business because our business is not "in the business" is unreasonable.

Worst service ever. I tried several times over the course of a year to get my supplies here but was always put on hold, given the run around and then told as the customer that they had been doing business much longer than I had been alive and they knew much more than me. No online catalogue, no online ordering system and was told they have no plan to ever do anything online. I would avoid this place.
