We have worked with the Mallin Contracting team on a few home renovation projects now (deck, bedroom and bathroom install). Every team member was courteous, prompt and professional. The communication between us and the team was excellent, and we had all our questions answered thoroughly by Kevin and his crew. We cannot say enough about the quality of the work that was done. It’s not only aesthetically pleasing, but extremely functional. Everything was finished off with meticulous detail. We will absolutely use Mallin Contracting again in the future and would highly recommend them.

We used Mallin Contracting to renovate our new house pretty much in its entirety. They provided excellent communication throughout the process and we were able to stay within our quoted budget and we couldn't be happier with the results. Kevin and his team are a breath of fresh air in an age where finding an honest contractor can be difficult. Below are some before and after pictures of the job that they did for us. We will need to get our entire basement finished in the future and will definitely be calling Mallin for this project.
We had Mallin Contracting replace our windows. They did a fabulous job! Kevin was able to replace the windows so they matched the remaining windows perfectly. They were on time, very efficient, super friendly and cleaned up! Would highly recommend! Will definitely call them again.

I hired Mallin Contracting to help with a few important elements of my total home renovation. The kitchen instal and bathroom tile work were completed to the highest degree of quality craftsmanship, with friendly and professional tradesmen.
