Whitney Young

Purchased a coat recently for a fair amount of money and in less than a month the coat started coming apart at the seams. The store told me they only refund purchases within 14 days. So I called customer service and they promised call backs from a manager twice. I did not receive any calls back. I have spent a lot of money at Laura/Melanie Lyne in the past 5 years and will no longer be shopping at these stores.
