I wanted to write a review of Mr.Tubbs given the experience I had. Initially we called (my wife and I) to discuss the options around outright replacement or re-glazing our tubs, as we built our home 10 years ago. Initially the builders had chipped out tub and also re-glazed at that time, but it was evident the same area was starting to wear again. Good luck going back to the builders, new home warranty or the company who completed it. At this point we had completed major renos on the house and were conscious of cost structure and were focused on our upstairs bathrooms at this point. After weighing our options regarding replacement, it was a pretty clear option to use Mr. Tubbs. We got a quote which was roughly 1/3 of the cost of outright replacement, time and hiring some one. We had both tubs done, and the one that had the initial chip, started to flake again. I called back and they came out immediately to assess, and fix the issue, and this was roughly 3 months later. Mr. Tubbs is cost effective, they stand by their work and are verrrry easy to deal with. Highly recommended.
