Purchasing a vehicle at Murray Hyundai was a great experience. I can’t say the same for the service department. I scheduled an oil change appointment for 9am. They called me to confirm and asked whether I will be dropping off the car or staying. I told them I would be staying as I have to ride. They told they would have to change it to 11am to accommodate seating for a safe Covid environment. I said that would be fine. I get to my appointment and they say to me, “so your dropping off the car as it won’t be done for 4 to 5 hours.” I explained what I was told over the phone. It didn’t matter. Bottom line is DON’T waste my time Murray Hyundai! I left and will find a place that will accommodate the needs of its clients better.

Dec 9 2020 Update So i guess not all sales person are equal, even in the same dealership. I went back after received the comment below from the owner. Lea and manager Graham are beyond professional and more than pleasant to work with. I have visited a few dealership this week so far they are the best. Unfortunately, we cannot make a deal at the moment which mostly due to leasing program. However I am more than willing to make a purchase from Murray Hyundai in the near future once their new Santa Fe and Tucson arrives . Dec 7 2020 I was thinking to do a lease buy out of my nissan. Went to Murray Hyundai and the Chinese sales guy was telling me I have to pay off at nissan because they cannot do a lease buy out ... I mean, are you serious ???? Then why not just lease another nissan then ?\u003e

This was my first new car. Had such a great experience with buying the car last Jan. ( even though I didn’t get the bow) Tony was a great salesperson. I have had some minor issues in the first year. The one issue was resolved very fast. The second one seems to be part of the cars design and although there seems to not be a fix the staff have been very friendly and very helpful though-out especially Jessica As she was the point of contact and was always so friendly. And the car wash. You guys do a great job. It’s so nice to get a super clean car when picking up the car, Even if it’s just an oil change!!!

Total satisfaction! I love my new sport Elantra,! Everyone there was very pleasant, all Covid 19 precautions put in place. Salesman of the year goes to “GUY”., I’m sure they are all great, but I knew from the get go he was my guy. No nonsense... straight forward , tells you like it is. Can’t take the smile off my face

Amazing customer service. Waiting area for service is really cozy and comfortable. Kelly in service explained everything to us and answered all my questions plus waiting time was exactly the time they told us.
