My furnace had decided to shut-off due to issues with some sensors overnight. A family member recommended Norm and I decided to give him a call. He had asked if I was able to wait until a little later in the morning (it was 7:40am at this point) as he had another service call in the area, with which I had advised him I was able to wait (it wasn’t that cold outside and I was going to grab a coffee anyways) and there was no rush. He arrived around 9am and finished up around 10am. Confirmed there were issues with the sensors and that he replaced 2 parts after trying to only replace 1. Norm Priced out the parts individually and the labour, so that I would not be surprised with the bill (a breakdown of the bill is always appreciated). Overall the efficiency, quality, and price exceeded expectations. Not to mention, Norm is easy to talk to and seems like a genuine gentlemen - does not treat you like a number. Definitely recommend Norm for any heating cooling services!

Service rep was rude from the moment he entered my home. It was the end of the day and I do not think he wanted to be here. I asked him how he knows that the mother board of range needs to be changed and he said that is why I am here rudely. He asked me what was wrong with the stove and I told him showing error f15. He said he can’t remember what that is and started scrolling through his phone. He proceeded to pull the stove out by opening the oven door and pulling it out by holding onto the stove handle. He was zigzagging the stove out of its spot. I asked him to please be careful as I have granite counters and hardwood floors and his response was how do you expect me to get the stove out? I said by being careful. He flipped out and said this is your issue and I do not have to deal with this and left. I told him he had an issue from the moment he got here. I noticed scratch marks down the entire side of the stainless steel on the stove. I called Mona the owner who said she would speak to the service person and I said what good will that do. She said she will call me back in the am. We will see. I am now left with a stove that still needs to be repaired and a stove that has more damage brought on by this company!!!

To Noris and team, Thank you to the very nice lady that answered my call to book a service call last week. She was absolutely wonderful kind and caring. Thank you for sending out such a wonderful employee on this service call. Zack came this morning to check out Thermador stovetop and knew exactly what was defective. He will have to come back to install the parts after they have arrived. Zack is so pleasant and very professional. Absolutely recommend Noris and team. Very refreshing knowing that there are people out there that truly care about their customers. Very grateful to all of you. Thank you for your kind words. And yes... Zack secured a forever very grateful and returning customer. Thank you again for caring so very much. Will forward your credentials to many.

We woke up to no heat and called Noris. Zack came to our house within 30 mins and fixed things up quickly and was very kind and professional. I would recommend Norris for any heating issues you have. I find it very unfortunate to read previous negative reviews that were posted for Noris Heating as I have had nothing but a great experience with Nor! Recently got our hot water tank and furnace replaced and were provided different options with great explanations amongst the products and price points. Nor is professional, polite and responds well to issues – thank you for your expertise and help!! They are definitely my go-to guys for any issues in the home – will definitely recommend to family & friends
