Have had mostly good experiences here. Reasonably priced. Some nail techs do better than others. When I got my nails done a week ago and a crack formed, they repaired the nail, no questions asked, for free and thanked me for letting them know what happened.

It was the worst experience. They even dont know how to deal with the customers. Me and my fried went yesterday for the nail extensions done and they treat us like we did something wrong. When we asked on phone for the price of nail extensions they said sonething epae and when we went their they charged extra even for the regular extensions. The owner of tge salon does not wven know how to talk with the customers. She treated very badly she hit my friend from back in vry agressive way. The person who was doing my nail told me to go and grab the nail paints even we've showed them the nail colour we want he said no i cant help you to find this you have to do by your own. I think they were assuming we were having the nail extensions for the first time and dont have any idea whats their job. When we picked our colours by our own the lady who was applying colour on the nails did not even wait for the colour to dry and keep putting another an another coat of colour on my nails and my color webt off from 2 nails and ask her to wait until the coat is dried. Also asked her why is'nt she dry my nail color wolith the nail dryer she said we are not suppose to dry your colour with the dryer becquse you have done nail extension not shellac. After that i have to create a scene their bcz they were keep talking in very rude manner. Then she gave me a nail dryer to dry the nails. Even they didnot dried my friend l's nail colour and ask her to pay. And her nail colour went off in 5 minutes because it wansnot dried. I will not suggest to go their bcz they dont even know how to do their job. And whats the way to treat their customers. I went to many salon for the extensions and they apply one coat of colour and dry that and again apply another coat if i want but always put my hands under dryer to set the colour. But they said we will not provide you dryer bcZ you are getting the extensions not shellac. They are very rude. Doesnt have any professionalism. NEVER GO THEIR.
I do not recommend this place to anyone who expects high quality nails and great customer service, this salon delivers anything but that.... They looked at me like I was crazy when I asked for a french manicure and started insulting me after I asked for shorter nails!!! And the worst part is... my nails looked nothing like a french manicure, they looked unfinished and crooked. I was also astonished by the prices... the lady beside me was getting the EXACT SAME thing as me and got her hands lotioned, filed, and cleaned, while I got none of that and payed the exact same price as her!! If you are going to charge customers the same amount for each nail service, then provide the exact same service. Beyond disappointed and will not be returning until customer service and quality is a top priority here.
I went to this saloon with my girlfreind• The people over there were so rude. They dont know how to to deal with customer. Even they dont know how to do nails. I don't know how they open the saloon. My girlferind was so upset. I will not recommend anyone to go there. If they are talking about you they will start talking in their own language. They treat people like animal. They dont understand english. Bad experience.
I wouldn’t say it’s a bad place. I’ve been going there since I was 15. I’m 18 now. I could care less if they speak in their language because I’m only there to get my nails done, pay and leave. They do a decent job. I got them done there yesterday and I absolutely love the job they did. Only 60 for gel. Unless if they gave me acrylic and I just don’t know it. Doesn’t matter for me anyway. Lol. If I could insert a picture of the job they did yesterday. I would. Beautiful.
The best place to get your nails done in this end of the city.
This is the worst place to get anything done. The owner is so rude and they don’t even know how to talk with customers. Also, only talking in their own language.They don’t even have any idea about the nail designs and get very loud if ask to do something a little better. I thought it was cheap in price than other places but I was wrong. Always increase price on every visit. So rude and arrogant workers here. Won’t recommend anybody to go here.
Felt rushed, they are rude, talk about you in their language...you can tell. They overcharge you or make you do what you didn’t want to do.
