I have had great treatment experiences with Susanne R at this clinic. It is obvious that she is a very knowledgeable physiotherapist who is enthusiastic and keen to remain up to date with current & new therapeutic methods as well continually expanding her expertise and training in order to better serve her patients. Her assessments are always comprehensive and thorough, .. never rushed. Her bedside manner is excellent, demonstrating excellent communication skills. Her explanations are clear and well thought out. I always appreciate that she explains the dual importance of not only in-clinic therapeutic manoeuvres but also spends time educating and empowering me of the importance of home based prescribed exercises in order to optimize results and recovery. Highly recommended. The staff are always friendly and helpful as well.

I have been to Prairie Trail many times and have seen all their wonderful physiotherapists. I am currently seeing Desiree who is helping me with a low back issue I have been having for a while. Desiree is so kind and knowledgeable. She ensures I understand what is causing my issues and has been using a very active approach to my treatment plan. She has given me great exercises and I have already started to see the difference from when I first saw her. I can not recommend Prairie Trail enough!

Going to Prairie Trail Physiotherapy changed my life for the better! I was looking for help with chronic headaches. From the very first appointment Sarah was kind, attentive, informative, and gave me the kind of hope I hadn't had in years. Every time I go, she remembers details about my situation and my life with clarity and that always makes me feel comfortable and respected. The treatments and exercises I have received from her have improved my quality of life greatly. Many thanks to this place and to Sarah!
