I am very satisfied with service I got today. I was looking for a new AC, got in touch with Neal, he was accommodating with my preferences, and gave me an amazing price on the service. Philip and Manny were installing the unit the next day. I was pleasantly surprised with their resourcefulness. They were clean, professional and prompt with their service. Explained every detail pertaining to running and maintaining the unit, and answered all of my questions. Once again I am very happy with Reliance, and their team! 5/5

Awesome service and value. The entire experience from meeting Neil in sales, and the hard work of the installation crew Manny, Jon, Boz and Garrison. Everyone was professional, and respectful of my home and property. Neil did a fantastic job of explaining the work to be done, along with providing a product compatible with our current furnace. The install crew worked great as a team, and had the whole install done in a professional and timely matter. They also took the time to explain what they had done, and operation of the new thermostat. 10/10 on a job well done by all involved.

One star is to much! Had my furnace fan motor go in the middle of January, so I call Reliance Superior up to replace it, 6 months later the motor is no overheating. When I called Reliance Superior about the issue they said they only warranty the repair for 90 days, enough though on the bill it says 1 year, never working with this company again.

Alan did a great job of cleaning the furnace as best he could under the time allowed by the company. He examined the furnace and the A/C, and advised me to contact the owner ASAP. Especially, since it was desperately in need of a part to be replaced, so the furnace would be able to run properly. Job well done. Thank you!
