This is the best organization ever but it has some issue with agent who are serving at special branch like 33 university crescent. They are giving incomplete information for documents required for applying for booking knowledge test while you inquired. My personal experience is very bad. They said if you don't have void cheque with bank stamp with the same date that your are applying then bring the check in account bank statements which should have at least more than 4 transaction required for POS, just tell me one thing who use so much debit card today to pay their bills and all stuff because credit card would be easy to use compare to debit card. Moreover, when we go to buy anything on credit then we asked for credit score not for debit card transaction or how much account balance you have right now. However, i don't have any problem to bring correct documents at institute but my concern is that please proffer CORRECT information to customer so, it could help to save customer's and yours valuable time.

One of the best services I got. Jordan being always awesome helped me out in cancelling my car insurance over the phone by giving me overview on my option. He was never pushy but when I called to MPI directly, the rep was extreme rude and was forcing me to opt for some kind of other insurance. When I said no she was offended and told me to call the broker directly and cancel it through them. I mean why the hell you didn’t tell me before and wasted my time. But this location is best when it comes to resolving anything related to MPI. Again thank you so much Jordan for making it easy for me. I really appreciate it.
