Great service. I was blown away by the service we have experienced here. We had bought two lights in Oct. 2019 and didn't have them installed until a year later due to a covid delay. Turns out one of the light shades was broken inside the box. We brought the shade back and they happily replaced the light. Customer service is often so simple, yet so many companies fail to provide it. Thanks for brightening our day...
