Highly recommend! After 15 years of having my home insurance with another company, I called WFG on St. Anne's for an estimate. Friends of ours had an insurance claim and were so pleased with the service they received from WFG and Intact, that I figured I should give it a try. The estimate came in below (every penny counts) what I had been paying. I had questions, which were answered quickly and professionally each time. In the end we signed on with WFG for our house insurance. Very happy we did and thrilled that I finally understand what coverage I have thanks to Tracy's patient explanations to my questions. They provide great service and a very competitive cost!

I have been using this insurance outlet for many years. Ive had some pretty complex scenario's and they have handled all of them hassle free and with great professionalism. In the time of Covid 19 closure I was able to get one of my vehicle insurance and registration transfers dealt with over the phone by a member named Prabath who took the time and patience to make it all come together. I've been renewing both car and home insurance with Western for over 5 years and dropped in again yesterday and can say this; I have yet to wait 5 seconds before being acknowledged, no more than a few minutes to be served and get excellent, friendly, professional service every time. The staff is very customer focused, transparent and work hard to get me in and out quickly. I just walk in without an appointment and am treated this way consistently. Highly recommend you check for yourself.

Very disappointed in this company. Was with them for many years dealing with our renters insurance and also my licence. We had paid in full our insurance and then moved so needed to get refunded. This company sent out the check to our old address which is an easy mistake so I called back to get it sent to the right address.. one of there employees sent out the new check a week after the request. I called back to get the status of my check to which I was told it’s not us it’s the company in which your insurance is through. I explained that this was frustrating as we had now had to call in 3 times to deal with this to which I was hung up on! Disgusting to treat your customers like this! Especially when I’m an employee referral!!! I called back to speak to a manager to which his response was his employee did nothing wrong. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Use one that treats its valued customers with respect!!
