Lovely people working here at emergency!! Practical advice and good communication even though we couldn't go inside. Thankyou!

Because I am awezome

I have had nothing but a good experience here. I see some not nice reviews. That's why I want to leave this one as that is not in my experience. I have taken my dog there on a holidays, I've called and asked questions many times. I have emailed questions, and every time every staff member I have talked to has been professional, kind, courteous, helpful and tries to calm me down when I'm worried about my fur baby. Being that it's covid-19 and you cant go inside with your pet, they kept me well updated through the entire time I was there every time. They have gone out of their way to find information for me as well. My vet recommended them for when I cant see my regular vet and I as well recommend them. IMO you and your pet are in good hand here. They only charge extra if it's after hours. But not for weekends or holidays. Which is really nice because that's when it seems that things can go wrong. Thank you for taking care of my fur baby Rio and all the help along the way.

Performed a dog euthanasia on a statutory holiday at a very reasonable cost. Staff were very upfront about costs and process - which was appreciated during this difficult time.

New Year’s Eve I rushed my dog to the hospital( from 2 hours away). The customer service I received was horrible from the workers. Not sure if it was they didn’t want to be at work or not. Next was not happy with the judgement from the worker who answered the phone. I’m quite sure this employee may have smelt marijuana off me now I was not the driver. Once speaking with her she asked if it was possible he got into it.. her tone and everything was horrible having a condescending tone when I don’t know what he’s gotten into.. it’s possible but idk what he got into.. none the less after talking with the doctor also feeling the judgement. When picking him up the next day... NO CARE INSTRUCTIONS NO UPDATE ON HOW HE WAS... nothing I will never be taking any of my animals back as it was horrible experience. Not too mention 516 dollars later with no care instructions or confirmation of what was wrong... never seen a dog act the way he did. That’s why I brought him in.. I’ll be going to Bridgewater for any further emergencies.

Not overly thrilled about the mask.curbside rule... but they were very accommodating and friendly. They took my cat in outside of emergency practice hours on ZERO notice. Overall a decent experience.
