I called around to a few different engineers and their wait times were far longer than what I had hoped. I got a hold of Rick and he was at my place in a few days, and had structural drawings to me shortly after. Was always easy to get a hold of and responded quickly to my emails. A great experience. I would definitely use him again in the future and will be referring him to family/friends.
