Same experience as previous reviews. Requested a refund after sessions were cancelled due to COVID-19 but Mike stated he couldn’t refund the money as he was stuck in the US, despite the fact we signed up online using a credit card. We accepted a credit, but when sessions resumed temporarily 6 months later, the credit did not work, Mike didn’t return messages. He was recently advertising 2021 dates at the Winnipeg Winter Club, but the Winter Club confirmed there was no booking for their arena. Clear fraudulent activity. Credit card companies have been issuing refunds, recommend everyone follow suit to get their money back.

same problem as everyone else. program cancelled due to COVID. no response from company. have sent emails and phone messages. I really wish I could give zero stars.
It was a great program, but owing a lot of people money and not responding to emails or phone calls is just shady business. Sad to see Mike Loustel go out this way. If you paid with your Visa for the 2020 winter program, I suggest you file a claim asap. Visa will only go back 120 days from the day you make a claim and pro rate your reimbursement.
Our Winter 2020 program was suspended due to COVID, and when it became clear that the session would not resume, I emailed Mike about a refund or credit (trying to figure out what their plan was). Email was not responded to, so a second (and then third , and then FOURTH) email was sent. Still no response from World 3-on-3. The Winter Club (who only rents Mike the ice) has also been unable to get a response from him. At this point all I want is my money back as I have zero intention of doing business with this company again - which is too bad, because my kid really liked the program in previous years. I have since filed a complaint with the BBB, but I see that I'm not the only one with the same concern.
Purely unprofessional during the Pandemic. We had enrolled for the summer prep camp to take place at the end of August back in June. World 3 on 3 had no problem taking my money. Several other parents had received emails explaining that their skater had not made the cut as they were only accepting 20 skaters due to restrictions. We never received an email, so we went to camp on opening day just to find out then, that my son was not enrolled. We were told at that time that refunds would be put through the first week of September. I sent an email to confirm, and got the one and only response. 'Our office will be processing refunds the first week of September'. First week of October, and 3 unanswered emails, and still no refund. Not even a reply with an explanation. Completely unprofessional.
