I visited this location today to get a complicated MPI issue dealt with regarding change of ownership. Jennifer Lie was incredible to work with and was able to phone MPI and get everything fixed in good time. Probably the best service I have ever received in any setting. Highly recommended!

I doubt this will do anything. but I am absolutely furious. I stood outside and respected their rules, that if there are to many people the doors will remain locked. I stood outside and waited patiently. A costumer walked out but the door shut and locked immediately. I figured they were still at max capacity. 25minutes go by and an finally employee opens the door and says sorry we're closed now (it was now 6pm sharp) I replied i waited here for 25 minutes and no one could come outside to inform me that I wouldn't be able to get help tonight? so I didn't have to waste my time freezing outside. she replied thats not my fault. we were too busy and shut the door. she was utterly rude and disrespectful.
