I’m very disappointed in Pizza Hut. Last week when I called in an order at 7 pm I was told they were out of crust. Tonight I ordered at 5:55 pm and was told on the mobile app it would be delivered at 7:25. Though that was so long, it was better than packing up 4 children to drive there. At 7:45, we began calling and finally got someone on the phone at 8:00 pm. We were told they were running behind and it would be another TWO HOURS. I give up on Pizza Hut. It’s faster to drive to Blythewood

With no customers in the lobby a kitchen cook yelled at me to wait outside as she worked with her mask under her chin and eating in the kitchen. Either follow covid rules or don't but certainly don't run off customers while you violate the rules. Got my refund and pizza from somewhere else.

This is the only option for pizza in Winnsboro. Its not great, but it'll do. The wings are good. Service is generally not bad. And everything is always better than Italian Gardens.

Poor service. When you order pizza for delivery it takes way to long to get it. It has taking over a hour to have it delivered here and we are only about 4-5 minutes from them, we have waited over 1.5 hours to get it but as soon as you order it they take the money out of your account. All I can say is sorry, sorry sorry. You can't get them to answer the phone when you call and when they do always have a attitude with you like its your fault. Would not refer anyone to the Pizza Hut in Winnsboro..
