By far the worst surgery in Winsford, do not select this surgery unhelpful rude staff , bad doctors that ignore symptoms

I have been with this surgery since I was a child and I personally feel the staff there are so helpful and caring. Dr Selva Rasaiah is the best doctor you could ask for, he's so caring, listens and has a calm nature so he puts you at ease. I can't fault this surgery or the staff. I would like to thank you all for your hard work and great customer service. Thank you.

Very friendly staff who were very helpful
By far the worst practice we've ever encountered, swallow surgery... Brilliant., willow Wood surgery... Brilliant, launceston surgery... Terrible! Took 3 days to get an appointment for my 2and 3 year old, only to be told, not to take my oldest son to school in order to make the appointment time, the reception are some of the most rude patronising and miserable receptionists I've ever seen. I hope the staff of launceston become ill them self's made redundant picking there ass's on in the jobcentre queue. Given the option I would of selected no stars
