We prefer to use A & D const. over the big corporations for commercial & residential property tic praying, wildlife & rodent control, as well as real estate inspections.They are very good at what they do they are always very thorough and detail oriented in both aspects, the home inspection report was insanely detailed and loaded with info.. they pointed out things on the home inspection that we never considered a potential issue and increased our bargaining leverage with the purchase and saved us a tens of thousands of dollars!! Even the real estate agent commented on how thorough they were compared to others. Bottom line They are a one stop shop for all things construction & pest control related you will not be disappointed.

Very knowledgeable, fair pricing, they have found a lot of mistakes from another pest control company and a lot that was not done to fix the issues. Great office personnel as well. Would highly recommend this company. It was a pleasure working with Don and his wife. What a great team! Very satisfied
Don and his team are fantastic! They provide top notch services and we highly recommend them.
So we had a major bat problem in our second home in Medway. Metal building across from a river. It couldn't be a more attractive place for bats. We probably had more than a hundred. Don never gave up on this job when I thought for sure he would. Can't thank him enough.
A&D Construction was able to take care of our bat issue quickly and very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend them to anyone.
