I've seen numerous trailers made by Alcom over the years from friends, relatives, I owned a few myself and from other brands as well. The construction is solid and of high quality. The welds, electric components and accessories are all dealt with care. From what I have heard from people I know, they were also all satisfied.

I do not recommend this company. I purchased the a 24’ Mission Pinnacle Signature Series in March from TSI Trailers in Texas for 28K and received a couple weeks later. I used it for the first time in April and the ramp extension door fell off during transit and just missed hitting my car I was hauling to a show. The brackets had been drilled out and put back on so much during fabrication that it was basically just hanging on the door like a picture frame and no structural integrity. I have been trying ever since to get it repaired by Mission and have really gotten nowhere except weeks between emails and empty promises of something will happen and it will be under warranty and this has been going on 5 months. Choose another manufacturer that will warranty their product after the sale.
Called multiple times trying to reach HR.. Obviously that place isn’t capable to do their jobs. Called 3 times and left voicemails each time. Been over a week and no call back. Place is a joke and someone should go in and shut that place down. I know multiple people that work there that day OSHA should be notified once a week due to all of the safety violations they have. On top of the drug problems they have there. The drug problem is soo bad they clogged the toilets with syringes.... Place is a pathetic excuse for a company
