Good parts, good price knowledgeable and helpful

I have to drive an hour to get to this store. I called ahead to make sure the parts were available. The person I talked to said they had them, but there are 3 versions of this part and they don’t interchange. When I asked the sales person to please verify that they are the correct part, he said he was too busy and hung up. This terrible customer service in my book. The stores in Flagstaff are much better at helping customers. From now on, I’ll do the extra drive time to get to a good store.

Was passing through the town and needed to repair AC leak on our towed truck. Called ahead and James had all parts and rental tools teady for me to get the repair done while staying at a state park nearby. Great service, thanks James!

Very bad customer service.....i buy parts from here, and i call in to see if i have warranty, they tell me i need to call another number, and go though them and i get told i have 5 customers in front of me and i can put you on hold, am i not a customer on the phone right now, asking about warranty and possibly wanting to buy parts from here. I think i well just return all my parts and get my money back and not ever buy parts here no more.
