Absolutely disgusted with the customer service given by the manager, Chantelle. Customers should receive the order they paid for and done so professionally. She lacks leadership, professionalism and tact. I feel sorry for the team of people under her. When my \fixed\ meal came, it was full of water and cold chicken. Well at least the 3 chopped pieces I received on my protein bowl were cold. Taco Bell Winslow would do your business justice to get strong leadership in your establishment. Due to the pandemic we were only allowed the drive through. With this said, we received our order of both long john silvers and taco bell within a good time frame. Everything ordered was correct and service was friendly .
The employees were friendly and it was super clean. My order was right and my food was hot and tasty. Plus no grease! The lettuce was fresh and they weren't stingy with the sour cream. Great place to get a quick meal.
Our food was fast and our cashier even found us a coupon! It was also New Year’s Day and they were very friendly dispite having to work.
