We call this Dunkin location "The Casino" because ordering here is like spinning a roulette wheel. You never know what you will actually receive. Every one of our orders is placed using a "favorite" order in the mobile app. So, there is no chance of a typo. And the items on that order are VERY simple (black coffees, a pastry, etc.). At least 50% of the time we either receive the wrong contents in our cup, the wrong size, or the wrong pastry (if they remember the pastry at all). We regularly drive from Winsted to Windsor Locks and would rather wait the extra 45 minutes to NOT deal with this location.

Went up to the drive thru and I only got to 25% of my order when they told me drive up and refused to take the rest. We stayed at the speaker and repeated hello a few times but ended up going to the window so we didn’t back up the line.
They make the absolute WORST caramel ice lattes in the world. Every time I go they are disgusting, taste like straight up milk or old coffee grinds. They need to retrain their staff.
If this is the Dunkin next yo McDonalds you suck! The one down by Beardsley Library is excellent!
