We needed to rent a lift to do some work at our church. After going down the list and feeling hopeless as each company told us they didn’t have one, one by one, we got Justin on the phone. He literally stopped what he was doing and tracked us one down. His customer service skills were excellent. We had a lift dropped off by the end of the day. Answered every question we had and went above and beyond. The poor guy dropping the lift off brought it to us from Covington in horrible traffic and was still courteous and kind. We will definitely be using this company in the future. The prices were definitely reasonable and fair as well. Thank you! God bless y’all and Merry Christmas!

I have used the Herc Rentals in Winston multiple times, and they have always been great. Mark is really helpful for advice and explaining options. I call in and the tool I need is ready when I arrive. They have always offered to help load and unload the tools when picking up and dropping off. I would recommend them to anyone needing tool rental in the West Georgia area.
Please have your employees stop bringing their work vehicles home to park in the streets of their neighborhood. I will call the cops if this continues as well. This is not only illegal anyway but it makes it near impossible to back out of my driveway. This also happens all the time...
