LOVED this place. The person at the front was extremely friendly and courteous. Very kind and explained the process of checking in very well. Only waited for a few minutes before I was called back. The person who did my initial screening and questions was also incredibly nice. She made jokes and really helped me to feel at ease here. She answered all of my questions to the best of her ability and made me feel like a person instead of a patient or customer. Then I met Nona, who is GREAT. Incredible personality. Nona filled the room with joy when she walked in. She answered all of my questions and made a few different recommendations while explaining the pros and cons of each one. Then, we made a choice together about my health. I really appreciated how personal and patient she was with me. She even answered some of my questions that weren't relevant to that specific appointment. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who needs it. If I could give it more than five stars, I would.

They really do care. I was fortunate enough to find out about Planned Parenthood after I had to relinquish my health insurance. I have been using Planned Parenthood for about a year now and I can tell you this clinic really does care. Not only are they just very warm, welcoming, judgement free and informative. But they really go the extra mile for their patients. I can only imagine that dealing with the public is hard enough, especially in the health field, but they never show it. The current staff and management really seem to be work well. I highly recommend anyone in the area or the surrounding areas of piedmont to go to the Winston-Salem clinic.

PP Winston salem- Booked my appointment online for an std checkup. the girl at the front desk was extremely friendly & I did not have to wait very long. the waiting room is kept clean. They had me in and out in less than an hour. All staff was extremely friendly, and helped explain everything to me. thank you!
