Alex is the king of bait and switch. I would recommend that no one uses this company for any of their services. I called in the first time and spoke to Alex and told him that lots of people are charging way too high for what I need and that I wanted a small business that is not trying to over charge people and I just want to tell him what I need and to get a fair price. He told me that he understands and gave me a price and I was like wow that is so awesome yes I will go with you. Instead of going in the office, I emailed my information to him and he then got back to me and said the price was up 100 more. I was not happy because he told me 100 less, but since he already had all of my personal information I told him to go ahead because it was already last minute and taxes are due to be sent in 2 days. He tells me that he would have them done on Monday the last day they are due. He sends me the agreement along with pay pal to pay. I send the agreement back, then he comes back and tries to demand that I pay him for something that he has not even started yet. As everyone knows when you take your taxes in you pay for them when they are complete. The agreement was signed and in the agreement it states \Invoices are due and payable upon presentation.\ So he was breaking his own agreement by trying to make me pay upfront. He then tells me that he has to file an extension and cannot have them done by Monday as he told me, and it is in writing in the email he sent. Alex is a bait and switch person that is trying to take advantage of people when he thinks he has the upper advantage. Stay away from this kind of person.

First of all you can't get a hold of them and when you finally get an answer He will not be helpful. To my questions He answered \I don't know. Come in to do your taxes and I will find an answer\. NO FREE CONSULTATION. Misleading info on the website. If you need free consultation go to H&R. Maybe Alex good CPA but customer service is awful.
