I lived in winter garden a long time ago and this was my favorite fast food place... the service and quality have not changed at all.. took my family here for a take away pic nic and was blown away by the food.. tasty and the service was a little slow but whatever... still here and still the same.... much love cap d

I really enjoy the reinvented Captain D's the stores have an inviting look and feel and the menu is forever changing. With classic sides and premium sides it's fast food at the next level. Hands down they are winning people over the other guys. They do offer a handicap ramp on the right side of the store. There is no automatic doors and they could be considered a little heavy. Staff seemed really friendly and for fresh it didnt take them no time to bring my order to me. And there's something to said about being able to eat with real utensils and plates.
Needs better customer service skills...And they definitely need to enforce the mask wearing policy when they are working...I see some cooks and some managers not wearing mask on their faces.. Now if you are going to enforce the rules about the customers wearing their masks...Please set an example and wear yours to
First and last time for me. They charged more for their food then listed on line. When I questioned it they said they don't match prices. These were their own prices. Also super super slow drive through.
The chicken strips were what you can buy at Walmart, not the same as what they used to serve.
Food was good! Not one complaint! JaShon was friendly, personable yet professional. I was happy and FULL!
Restaurant was clean, food was good, and the people working there were really nice and helpful - especially the guy taking our order! The best experience!! ️
