If i could give zero stars I would! After being told to walk in because they don't take appointments, I go in to be told they won't see me. I ask if i can make an appointment since I drove 40 minutes to be seen and have an infected tooth and really didnt want to have to repeat this to be told they won't see me. I was told no they don't take appointments for first time patients. So now I have to call my insurance to be assigned another dentist to take care of my tooth.

This office is FRAUD! They refused to send the claims to insurance and instead, tries to make the patients pays. They sent some sort of notice and it was HANDWRITTEN, indicating that you have 10 days to pay 600 or else they will send you to collection. Ummmmm excuse me???? So you're not sending the claims to insurance and you think people have 600 laying around to just hand over to you? They have something else coming if they think that the stupid handwritten notice will phase somebody...SEND IT TO COLLECTION AND I WILL FIGHT IT!!!!!! DO NOT waste your time going to this office.

HORRIBLE customer service. The office manager has 0 regards for patients' concerns and quite honestly seems to be clueless! I'd rather go teeth-less before visiting their office!
