Bad bad bad experience. Employees didn’t pay attention to any of their customers and kept screwing up an order because they were so busy talking to each other about soda being better in a can vs. a bottle, no one said hi or acknowledged that we were really there other than asking for our phone number. Masks weren’t worn properly, not a single thing got sanitized between us and the two separate customers who were in line before us, and I did not feel very safe.
This store is always very clean and well stocked. The associates there are super friendly and helpful. If I can't find something in stock in store, I never have an issue having it bordered right there at the store and shipped home for free.

This store was great from every aspect up until some months ago. I’ve noticed that the staff here changes frequently. Since the last few months, the sales reps including the managers in this store are rude, ignorant, and don’t know how to speak to customers who pay their salaries. Don’t waste your time here. There are other LB stores in Orlando.

Sales lady completely disregarded specific style restrictions when we came shopping for bras. After selecting 2 to try on, she disappeared and never returned. She was rude and dismissive to a customer who was specifically looking to be fitted properly for a quality bra. I was not pleased. However, the lady who checked us out was very helpful in finding the bra that we liked online in the appropriate color & size and ordered it on the spot.
