Place is a good spot to eat at. I enjoyed the meals here. They are all natural and delicious. Clean and good atmosphere. I just saw it driving by and decided to check it out and the colors around the place gives it a nice setting to chill and eat. They have a sauce station which you can choose what you want on your food from Mild to spicy. Prices are not bad either so it's definitely worth a try.

Positive experience. After reading all the mixed reviews, we decided to try this place ourselves. The chicken bowl was pleasantly delicious, healthy, and flavorful. Their signature hot sauce and various salsas added to the fun. Best part is its all healthy and reasonably priced, this is hard to beat with only junk food being affordable these days. The service was not too bad but the place could have been cleaner. They seemed understaffed but this was a Tuesday night. Overall, they delivered to our satisfaction. We will be back.
Rice was a little over cooked other then that it was very good always has the best sweet plantains
Food has gotten from OK to AMAZING. The chicken was juicy and very flavorful. All the sides were fantastic. This is definitely the type of food you want to serve your family when you are not at home. It surprised me how inexpensive it was. (A family meal for four was around 3 per person tax) Great tasting quick service restaurant, better than any fast food.
Good food for decent price. Spanish rice and black bean fare. With chicken sandwiched and the usual side dishes. Along with a few new things. The staff was fairly new (as is with most fast food) but seemed well trained.
Service was good and polite, I picked up our food inside for an online order. Short wait since I didn't give them time after I ordered. My fault. Store looked clean during my visit and the food looks good to go. I'll be back again.
I’m a huge pollo fan but let me tell you the meal I had today topped them all. The boneless grilled chicken was beyond juicy and flavorful! I’ve never written a review for them so I was so impressed I had to! Plus it was clean and modern. Definitely recommend!
This is the best Pollo Tropical around in my experience. This store has never dissaapointed me, despite many of the others falling short, typically due to employee errors like forgetting to put your side's in your bag. The employees here have always exceeded my expectations, and the food has continuously done the same. Maybe I've gotten lucky with this specific location, or maybe they're just that good :] Thanks so much guys, and keep it up!
