FAST FAST FAST. That is the word I have Christy at Southern Heritage. She is always working and was very proactive and getting traffic to your home. Putting up signs for open houses, networking with other Realtors, etc. Whenever I had a question I got a response within 5 minutes. We were under pressure to sell our rental house due to the pandemic and she did it in such a timely manner!

I have know Christy my whole life. Aside from being a consummate leader and a professional broker she is a highly educated and artistic person. I saw her in several plays at the Edith Bush Theater back in the day. I also had the pleasure of working side by side with her for many years in a highly complex and high paced electronic company as she worked her way through college. Christy hired me a couple of times to do some work for her clients and I got paid well and on time. Christy was also in large part the reason I went to college later in life to get a degree. Anytime I thought of quitting I thought of how determined she had been in everything she did. I am not surprised to see these positive reviews about how hard she will work for you in real estate. Christy and Diana were amazingly helpful through the entire process. They guided us through everything and made it feel effortless. We came to them with zero plans on buying a house, but when we fell in love with the home, and told them we needed to sell our house first, they sprung right into action and we got our house sold at over asking price in 3 DAYS. NOT JOKING. Then they even negotiated for us to have time to move between our sold house into our new house, to make it as smooth a transition as possible.
