I have used this Post Office quite a lot in the past few weeks and only have genuinely positive things to say about my experiences there. The staff I have interacted with (three different ones) have all been polite, courteous, efficient and in my experience, all done with a smile. Occasionally, the queue can snake outside the shop, but that really is only because of Covid distancing rules and I have never waited in line more than five minutes or so during any visit. They do stock most of the usual posting-related products such as envelopes, Jiffy bags, tape, string etc. and a very small amount of confectionary. All in all, a great little Post Office with great staff. 10/10 for me.

I would like to give this post office zero stars but that's not possible unfortunately. I've had many visits where they have always been less than helpful, rude and abrupt. I had reason to call them today to track a parcel I posted with them on Saturday. Whilst trying to explain the reason for my call I was interrupted and then told, get to the point of what you want!!! I wasn't being lengthy in my explanation AT ALL. Then, after I told him he was being very rude he told me to call Royal Mail and that he was very busy. Appalling service. Needless to say, I will never visit again.
