Walter was amazing; everyone was really awesome! I enjoyed my experience. Making our reservation was easy, and getting the rentals such an easy seamless experience. Also I needed goggles and they made everything easy. Nolan was also so helpful he was very informative. Mattie helped me with the goggles. Will definitely recommend their shop. Winter park shop is the best.

What a crew. Came in looking for new brake pads and they kindly showed me that my existing pads were fine. Suggested a line bleed instead. I asked if right then was a good time and they obliged. Sadly, the task became overwhelming as only one brake was taking to the new fluid as expected. These guys didn't give up and tried everything they knew and \phoned a friend\, but still the same result. All the while, they were vigilant and kept me up to speed with what was going on. In the end I left with one good brake, which was now better than when I arrived, but I was mostly impressed with the way they handled the entire situation. They worked their butts off and were friendly, honest and kept me abreast of the situation. Thanks again guys, I'll be checking in next time I'm in the area!

Wow! Best experience I have had renting in all of my past experiences renting equipment. Cleanly shop. Great staff. Even better customer service. Maddy and Nolan were so very helpful and patient with my kids. Not only do they have quality equipment but they are so personable and gave great local recommendations. Best shop in Winter Park!
The guys were super friendly and did a wonderful job fitting my girls. Plus they have an amazing dog we fell in love with!! I would have given a 5 star rating but the girl was so unfriendly. Almost rude. She seemed annoyed that we didn’t know what we needed and didn’t reserve online. If she had been there alone, I would have walked out.
