Bob and team were very polite, courteous in providing the best of service. They helped get a Nest replacement free under warranty by providing accurate fault information and tech report to manufacturer. Definitely recommend them for any HVAC job. Had them quote out a separate job for which i was unable to schedule properly (completely my fault), their quote was better than any others. They were extremely nice when i told them of my mistake. Highly recommended. Great service and personal touch—worked through issues as our unit reached its end, and consulted with me about the best options when it came time to finally replace our unit. Fair and straightforward pricing, prompt and thorough. Repeat customer- would use again, and have!
Last time they came out to my house for a diagnostic on my AC unit, they were great. Wanted to use them again, but you call and get voicemail. I got one return call that I unfortunately missed. All calls I made after that were not returned, disappointing.
Steven was prompt, professional and very thorough in his assessment and repair of our AC problem. He was very courteous in answering questions and checked on the general maintenance of our unit. He also took time to do some needed maintenance. Pricing was reasonable. Things have been tough this last month. While having your AC go out isn't a catastrophe, its nice to know there are reputable people you can trust to come to your aid. I highly recommend their services.
Climate Design installed a spilt unit for us a couple years ago and we are happy with the install. Highly recommend them for annual service. No unnecessary up selling like I have experienced with bigger companies.
