I went in to pick up an online order and a few other things I needed. It was busy inside, but Jayson took the time to answer some questions. When it got even more hectic in there one of the guys doing lessons came out to help. Great customer service! I'm a beginner and they were very patient! Thanks! Went in today, 3/31/2021 , for a Platinum Set-up and Gracie had me in and out in about a half an hour! She was very patient with me. Great work!

Just moved down from MD and was feeling down missing my guitars back home. Decided to do an impulse buy and Dee / Superman were very fantastic and helpful to say the least. Bonus point because I genuinely was going to just buy a battery at the gas station after I left; but they made sure they sent me home with fresh battery . Gotta love the hospitality at Guitar Center have yet to be disappointed with a purchase or an experience.

I recently had a great experience at this location (which is typically NOT the case in most Guitar Centers I've been to). I went in to look for an amp and was helped by a really nice gentlemen who was really knowledgable and actually helped me make a decision. In fact, because of his help, I purchased something more expensive than what I had planned and it worked out really well for me. Many times I'll walk into one of these stores and simply leave because I can't get the help I need. Not this time!

I had a mess up with my order and unfortunately had to make a return with a guitar I ordered online. Even though the guitar I received wasn’t from this Guitar Center, they took my return and it was on the SAME day that the guitar was delivered to my house. I was taken care of when I entered the store all the way until I left. I walked out with an even more beautiful guitar. I am happy and this is honestly one of my favorite guitars I own now. Great customer service!

I went there to buy a new speaker for my stand-up comedy gigs. They had a really great used one for an incredibly affordable price. Very happy I stopped by there. The staff was extremely helpful as well.
