We were there today 03/27/21 at 4 pm to get our rental equipment for our three boys, my wife and I. The guy who helped us was very quick, attentive and very helpful, 5 stars he was Great with us and with the kids , We had a issue With another one of the employees who is just a angry human being who I’m pretty sure hates his job, Today the manager reach out and she was kind and professional she was just beautiful, so I decided to update my review and not let this nasty guy stain the company name and the whole team, because even after he f-up big time it was not their fault, it was him and only him.

I bought boots in November. Went back 3 weeks later with some stitching coming out. They were so helpful with the exchange they ordered a new pair and got them here in 2 days so I didn't have to work at the resort in my old boots at all. They also ordered me a board and are holding it in the back until my next paycheck. Great people, great service, .

I bought some boots last season that have been painful to ride and have not yet broken in. I went into this store to see if maybe my boots were sized incorrectly, and despite not knowing I had overstayed their closing time of 7PM, Chelsea, Nic, and Cam were accommodating and patient with all my questions. Chelsea is extremely knowledgeable and friendly and a great asset to this store. Thanks for the help!

I go here for EVERYTHING! Powder Tools has the friendliest staff and they really know what they are talking about. When you are looking at new gear they are super patient and want to help you find whats best for you, even if that means trying on 10 pairs of boots. They are also super fast and accommodating when it comes to scheduling tune ups, which is great when you want to get back out on the slopes ASAP.

Went here to get new boots. The staff was extremely helpful and brought out like 4 different brands to see the feel of all of them. They weren't pushy or anything, just answered questions and provided suggestions. Ended up getting a nice pair of boots that were on sale.

The staff was very knowledgeable. They were very excited with the products they were renting to us, especially the denni package of the Never Summer snowboard, which were a very excellent sell mountain board. Especially when you hit ice patches. They explained the responsiveness of the boards on the different conditions on the mountain. And, viola the board did what they stated. I would recommend Powder Tools to all renters. We are from Hawaii and they definitely made us feel like we were back at home on Hawaii with even better Aloha spirit.
