Set up an appointment several days in advance. Was told they needed 1-1/2 hours to finish. Showed up and was told they needed 2 hrs. Came back 2 hrs later to find out they hadn't even started and asked for another 2hrs. Why make an appointment if its a whole day ordeal to change 4 tires. I was offered a free oil change, but won't bother coming back. A persons time is more important and worth more than an oil change. I was very frustrated and disappointed to say the least.

I went to get my power steering fixed. They told me how much it's going to be to get fixed. They call me an hour before I'm supposed to pick up my car to tell me that it still not going to be fixed and it's still going to cost me almost 2400. This place is run by scam artist. Update. I file a complaint against Keith Wood with their corporate office, the Better Business Bureau and the Seminole County Sherrifs office for assault and extortion. Do not go here.
