I have been a renter with Paine-Anderson Properties for 8 months but have been interacting with for nearly a year. I contacted Joyce at Paine Anderson to assist with finding a place to rent. She inquired about specifics we were looking for-bedrooms, stairs, outdoor space, upgrades, washer/dryer etc and price range. Joyce not only found us 1 Place to look at but 3 places to give us a bit of variety of location, square footage and price (all within our range) She scheduled a meeting with us to view the properties. We met at the first property, right on time and all were masked. She showed us around and then gave us time to walk around and look on our own as well. We moved in a few months later. We have had one maintenance issue outdoors with a water line and she replied immediately and got the situation handled and fixed in less than an hour. Paine-Anderson is a great property management company to rent with. The thoughtfulness, clarity, understanding and professionalism are just the things that make a move-in process and residence the place to be!!

Looking for kind, honest, genuine people to rent or buy a home from? Look no further. My husband and I have rented from Paine Anderson Properties for the last five years. In that time things have broken and yes the roof has leaked (normal things!) but for each one of those instances the response has been so quick and painless! Joyce and Karen are two of the kindest, most genuine, and heartfelt people you will ever meet. You are not just a renter or an owner to them, you are an important member of the community and are treated as such. The love and trust we have built with them in the last five years of renting led us to trusting Joyce to help us buy a home. We would make the choice of renting from them and using their agency to buy a home 10,000 times over. The compassion, the ease and the grace of how everything has gone I cannot describe how thankful we are for Karen and Joyce. We always have felt so taken care of and blessed by both of them. The only disappointment we have is that buying a home means no longer renting from them. But we are hoping they always stay friends even though we will no longer be neighbors. Trust them. You will have no regrets

I’ve lived in properties managed by Paine Anderson for 3 years. I can honestly say you will not find more for your money than the properties they manage provide. I payed under market price for both apartments I rented, and both spaces were nice cozy comfortable places I was blessed to call home. The property management was top notch, my maintenance issues were handled fast, and by professionals so every issue was handled with excellence. I would still be there if I didn’t purchase a home. I would recommend this company and their properties to anyone that wants to find a place to call home, at a great price, with a company that cares about you as more than a check. Paine Anderson properties will always be my first option when looking for, or suggesting something to rent! I have rented with Paine-Anderson for a combined total of 10 years. I have never had any issues and they have always been professional and completely above board. I have referred friends and family to them to assist with both their purchase and rental needs. If there has been issues at my place they have always worked hard to get someone to check on it within 24 hours and fixed as soon as possible. One of the things I appreciate the most ((Because I’ve had several bad experiences with OTHER property management companies )) is that they are extremely thorough with going over the rules and regulations, pointing out the ones that are strictly enforced so that it is very clear what you NEED to be aware of. I have always been given a week or more notice when general work is being done on the property so I can make arrangements or just be aware.
