As a new owner of a pool, I can’t say enough good things about the team at this location. They took the time to answer all of my questions, which were quite a few, and never made me feel like any of my questions were silly. In fact, they made me super comfortable and made sure that I felt like could come back with any of my pool questions and needs in the future. Customer service comes first with this location which I greatly appreciate.

I bought a new house in March (2020) and have been fiddling with the pool ever since. It has been a constant headache and other services I contacted only added to the issues - they would solve one, and create three more. I purchased a new pump with Pinch a Penny and I have had a great experience with the entire process. I had a problem the first day (the problem was not their fault) and they came out immediately to help. I am very happy with Pinch a Penny and finally feel that there is a service that I can trust and will provide quality help when needed.

Wanted to give these guys credit for excellent customer service. I had an issue relative to a recent purchase. Through no fault of Pinch A Penny, the product didn’t perform to my expectations. We were able to work out a replacement solution to my complete satisfaction. Very pleased.

I would stay away from them. I was told by the Service Manager that he can't be on Phone since on calls. His guy, who evidently gets paid to not properly service my pool and lie, was on his phone during entire visit. Shockingly this occurred when my wife parked inside the garage. Evidently different service when being watched - not what you are paying for! My Wife Complained to me when I got home and then about 4 hours later we found DE powder in pool. I called retail store who said they reviewed records which showed filter work that day; in the morning the service provider evidently told the manager he did not do filter work and now they expect me to use their service to fix what his tech messed up. Either Way,. either the retail story is lying about the records they reviewed or service guy is lying. Spend your money on honest businesses - their people represent the business is the bottom line! I am updating this post to provide feedback to the management post about not being on file. This company has charged my credit card 125 for full service for multiple months, on the 23rd of each month If my memory serves me. Perhaps this just further exemplifies the issues. For the record, the previous Owners and who evidently are still the ones receiving service that I a paying for are the "Roofs" and I noted this on every occasion I had to call.
